Jane Kirschling Elected President of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing

Jane Kirschling, dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Kentucky, was elected to a two-year term as president of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. She has been dean and professor at the University of Kentucky since 2006. Previously, she held faculty and administrative positions at the University of Southern Maine, the University of Rochester, and the Oregon Health and Science University.
Dean Kirschling is a graduate of Viterbo College in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. She earned a master’s degree and a doctorate in nursing from Indiana University.
