Four Women Scholars Promoted to Senior Faculty Posts at Cedar Crest College

Cedar Crest College, the liberal arts educational institution for women in Allentown, Pennsylvania, has announced the promotion of four women faculty members to associate or full professor positions.
Christine Lombardo-Zaun was promoted to associate professor of business and awarded tenure. She also serves as the college’s pre-law adviser. Lombardo-Zaun is a graduate of Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, where she majored in business administration and speech communications. She holds an MBA and a juris doctorate from Pennsylvania State University.
Mae Ann Pasquale was named an associate professor of nursing. Dr. Pasquale is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she majored in nursing. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Villanova University in Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Wendy Robb was promoted to full professor of nursing. She joined the faculty at the college in 2000. Dr. Robb holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in nursing from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. She earned a Ph.D. in nursing from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Martine Scannavino was promoted to full professor of nutrition. She chairs the nutrition department at the college. Professor Scannavino holds a master’s degree from Hunter College’s School of Health Sciences in New York City. She earned a doctorate in health sciences from Nova Southeastern University.
