Lynn Phillips was promoted to director of academic engagement and student success in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She was chief undergraduate advisor in the department of communication.
Dr. Phillips is a graduate of the now closed Trinity College in Burlington, Vermont. She holds a Ph.D. in human development and social psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Laura Valdez was appointed director of university advisement at the University of New Mexico. She was the director of the University College Advising Center. Earlier, she was director of new student orientation for 10 years.
Valdez holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication and a master’s degree in communication and journalism from the University of New Mexico.
Jenny Faust will direct a yet unnamed office at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that will be formed by the merger of the Office of Quality Improvement and Administrative Process Redesign. She will also hold the title of associate vice provost for strategic initiatives. Dr. Faust has been serving as an internal consultant to the Office of Quality Improvement.
Dr. Faust is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, where she majored in biology and philosophy. She holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Ndura earned a Ph.D. in education, curriculum and instruction, and bilingual and multicultural education from Northern Arizona University.

Moore holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College in Ohio and a master’s degree in end-of-life studies from Regis University.

Fabers is a graduate of College of Charleston, where she majored in political science. She earned her law degree at North Carolina Central University in Durham. She also holds a master’s degree in intercultural human rights from the St. Thomas University School of Law.

Domico is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Congelio is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in accounting. She holds a master of public administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Trombley is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she majored in communication. She holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is completing work on an educational doctorate at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Moore is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she majored in international studies and foreign languages. She earned a master’s degree in education at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Fleming-Randle joined the staff at Wichita State University in 2007. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degree from Kansas State University and a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.

Paget holds a bachelor’s degree in art history and theory, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in art history with an emphasis on Japanese painting and prints, all from the University of Sydney in Australia.

Dr. Gaymon holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a master of public administration degree from Georgia College and State University. She earned an educational doctorate at Northeastern University in Boston.

Allison is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where she majored in environmental studies. She holds a master of public administration degree from the University of Arkansas.

Dr. Riddick is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University. She earned a master’s degree in vocational education from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and an educational doctorate from Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Todd holds a master’s degree in higher education administration and is working on an educational doctorate from Auburn University in Alabama.

Rodriguez is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she majored in finance. She earned an MBA at the University of North Texas at Dallas.

Dr. Mays-Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and a master’s degree in music education from Jackson State University. She earned an educational doctorate at Mississippi State University.
Cynthia Gile
Giles is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She also holds a master of public administration degree from Harvard University.

Prior to her arrival at Washington University in 1999, King worked in private practice and as an assistant district attorney in Pennsylvania.

De Armond is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law.

Whittenburg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she majored in sociology. She earned a master’s degree in social welfare from Stony Brook University in New York.
Kathleen Worthington Wilson was named associate athletics director for student services at Cleveland State University in Ohio. She was special assistant to the dean and associate provost for the graduate School at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Worthington Wilson is a graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she majored in communications. She holds master’s degrees from Syracuse University in New York and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
