Lelia Salisbury to Lead the University Press of Kentucky

The University Press of Kentucky has named Lelia Salisbury as its next director. She will take on her new assignment on August 1.
Salisbury began her career as an intern at the University Press of Kentucky and served as the director of marketing from 2001 to 2008. Since 2008, she has been the director of the University Press of Mississippi. She serves on the national board of director of the American Association of University Presses.
Salisbury is a graduate of Davidson College in North Carolina, where she majored in English. She holds a master’s degree in English from the University of Kentucky.
